Substitution of Products
In the event that a product is unavailable or out of stock at the time
of ordering we reserve the right to substitute that product with another
similar item. We do guarantee that the replacement item will be equal
to or greater in value than the original item.
Cancellation Policy
If for some reason you must cancel your order please let us know as
soon as possible.
Orders canceled before shipping will be refunded in full.
Once an order have been shipped or delivered a refund cannot be made.
How To Order
1) Choose the type of gift basket you are looking for from the categories
on the left hand side.
2) Choose the gift basket which appeals to you and either go directly
to the check out by press on the "Purchase" button or press
the "More Info" button to find out more information on this
gift basket.
3) If you have pressed on "More Info" click on "Purchase"
to purchase the gift basket or simply repeat step 1 and 2 to choose
another.
4) Clicking on "Purchase" takes you to the review order page
where you can view a summary of your purchase and choose your preferred
freight option. To proceed to the payment page click on the "Checkout"
button. To purchase another product click on "Buy Now"
5) Next - Fill in your details, the recipients details and
payment information.
Use of personal Information
Your personal details will never be given or sold to any other parties.
Your email address will be added to our newsletter database if you
have chosen the option to our receive newsletter on the checkout page.
Our newsletter is sent approximately 4 to 6 times a year and includes
new products, specials and upcoming events. To unsubscribe click on
the link at the bottom of the newsletter and you will be automatically
removed. If you would like us to manually remove your name from the
mailing list please send us an email including your name and email
address
and we will remove it within 48 hours. Simply send us an email - See

Office Hours and Weekend Orders
Our office and call center hours are 8.00am to 4.45pm Queensland time
Monday to Friday.
Our office is closed on Public Holidays.
If all our phones are busy you will be diverted directly to an answering
machine. As soon as one of our representatives is available, we will
call you back. We understand that your time is too valuable to be waiting
on hold.
All calls made outside business hours will also be diverted to an answering
machine.
Online orders placed after 3pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be
processed on the following Monday morning.
Sale of Liquor
Under the Liquor act of 1982 it is an offence to sell,
supply or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
All baskets containing liquor must be signed for by a
person over the age of 18.
A basket containing liquor cannot be requested to be left
on the premises in no one is home.
