Please note that our factory is based on the Gold Coast and that all gift baskets are dispatched from our factory. We use independent courier companies to do our deliveries outside of our local area. Unfortunately we cannot control or guarantee their work. While most deliveries are made as indicated and requested, we do from time to time experience issues with some deliveries. Please understand that we do all that is possible to insure that no problems occur, but sometimes this is beyond our control.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. No Deliveries are made on Weekends or Public Holidays, unless by special request.

Where possible please supply a business address for deliveries.

Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped according to the information below

Standard delivery 3 to 7 business days :: $ 24.50

Country and Rural In the instance that your gift has not arrived as per your requested or scheduled delivery time, please contact us & we will make every effort to track your gift. Although we use highly reputable couriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays can occur due to unforeseen reasons which are totally out of our control. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Any delays causing your gift to not be delivered on schedule is not an applicable reason for refund of your gift.
